Accepted Methods of Payment:  Credit Card (Visa, Master Card) Cash (in store)

Credit Card Charges:   Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.  If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

UK Shipping & Delivery (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) / how much does it cost? 

We use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service for all our items to provide that added security to both of us.  Items are only shipped once we have received cleared payment.  We post items Monday to Friday and our rates are as follows:

Overseas Shipping & Delivery / how much does it cost?:

We use Royal Mail International Signed Service for all our items to provide that added security to both of us.  Items are only shipped once we have received cleared payment.  We post items Monday to Friday and our rates are as follows:

What if I am not home? 

We use Royal Mail “Signed For” & “International Signed” postal services therefore someone must be home to sign for the parcel.  If Royal Mail has attempted to deliver to you but you were not at home at the time, a card will be left providing details of when they will redeliver your parcel, or you can collect it from their sorting office.  You can also re-arrange delivery on a day suitable to you.  Should no details have been left you can contact Royal Mail directly by speaking to your local post office or sorting office.   Alternatively please feel free to email us and we can provide you with a tracking number.

If any items are returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from it to be re-delivered.

 

What if you've sent me the wrong item or I have items missing? 

If your item is missing from your order, or we have dispatched the wrong item by mistake; then please get in touch via email or telephone so that we can resolve the problem.   

 

What if my item is lost in the post? 

Please contact us in the first instance to track your item.  We post items Monday to Friday once we have received cleared payment.  Saturday & Sunday are not included as working days.

 

What If I want to return my Item?

If you item is handmade to order we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty.  All our goods are checked before being dispatched and we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by delivery.

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition, has not been worn or washed, in its original packaging with all tags attached.  We do not refund on items which are returned after your “event date”.

Please ensure you enclose in your parcel your name, address & contact telephone number, together with your original invoice.  Please note you are solely responsible for the return of the items postage and ensuring it reaches us.  We advise you send the item by Recorded Delivery as proof of postage and tracking number can be obtained from the Post Office at the time of your payment.  Upon receipt of the returned item we shall issue you your refund (less our original postage costs paid).

 

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition with original tags still attached, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour.  You will be responsible for return shipping.
